Two New Mocktail Recipes From Our Friends at Portland Syrups
Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start to summer and we couldn't be more ready for some fun in the sun. Even if it's looking a little gloomy outside still we are practicing our summer mixology skills with the help of our friends at Portland Syrups.
Maybe we can will the warm weather to make an appearance for our mocktail sipping this weekend and even if we can't, we have two new spicy drinks that will warm you right up.
Lavender Chai Soda
1 oz Bright Chai Syrup
2 oz milk or milk alternative
Ice
DRY Lavender Botanical Bubbly.
Fill a glass with ice, then add Bright Chai syrup, milk, and top with Lavender soda, then stir. Garnish with a sprig of lavender for fun.
Mango Habanero Daiquiri
1 oz Mango Habanero syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
1.5 oz NA Rum or a few drops of Rum flavoring
DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly
Dried lime or lemon wheel to garnish.
In a shaker, combine ice, syrup, lime juice, rum and shake. Pour mixture into a coupe glass, top with Ginger soda and garnish with the dried citrus wedge.
