Not Your Basic PSL

It's fall y'all and you know what that means... Bring on the Pumpkin Spice Lattes! We're taking the #PSL from basic to bold!

We are completely unashamed of our love of a little pumpkin spice. Given the year we've all had let's just all agree that a little spice can really make life a lot more comforting. We mixed it up a little and mixed up two twists on a Pumpkin Spice Latte that are perfect if you want to take coffee hour all the way to happy hour.

1.5 oz water

1.5 oz espresso

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz egg white (optional)

.5 oz pumpkin spice creamer

DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly


In a cocktail shaker add water, espresso, simple syrup, egg white, pumpkin spice creamer, and ice. Shake vigorously until cold and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly.

Garnish with flowers and freshly grated cinnamon.

2 oz Lyre's American Malt

.5 oz Lyre's Coffee Originale

.5 oz Maple Syrup

1 can Coconut Cream

3 oz DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Orange Peel


In a rocks glass, place one large ice cube. Pour the American Malt, Coffee Originale, and maple syrup over the ice and stir. Top with DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly. In a blender place the solid coconut cream from one can, half of the liquid, and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Blend until thick and frothy. Gently spoon the coconut cream froth over the mixture in the glass. Garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice, and an orange peel.
