Fabulously Fall Flavored Zero-Proof Cocktails To Keep Sober October Fun!
These deceptively easy mocktails couldn't be easier to mix up or more satisfying to sip!
We know... Mocktail mixing can be a challenge when you are looking for a more sophisticated, fall-flavored, non-alcoholic drink. Well, a challenge never stopped us! We asked Portland Syrup's Recipe Developer and all-around flavor guru, Victoria Harris, to mix up some fall fun with their new and cult favorite syrups. And let us tell you... she did not disappoint!
At Portland Syrups we believe everyone should have the option to enjoy a delicious and exciting drink without having to add alcohol into the mix. For those that do enjoy the occasional cocktail, we know this is often the time of year that people choose to cut back when participating in activities such as "Sober October." With these mocktail recipes that we created using both our syrups and DRY's Botanical Bubbly, we hope you can find a tasty way to enjoy the season. Cheers! – Victoria Harris
6 oz DRY Cranberry Botanical Bubbly
0.5 oz Marionberry Syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
Combine in a glass over ice and garnish with a basil leaf and berries.
6 oz DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly
0.5 oz Vanilla Spice Rooibos Syrup
0.5 oz fresh OJ
3 dashes orange bitters
Pour over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.
6 oz DRY Rainier Cherry Botanical Bubbly
0.5 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
4 fresh mint leaves
Clap mint leaves a few times between your palms to release the oils. Toss into a glass with ice and pour in the remaining ingredients. Serve with more fresh mint and a metal straw.
