3 Seriously Delicious Fall Mocktails Worth Celebrating

Fall is finally here, and we’re bringing you some seriously delicious zero-proof inspiration to kick off your festive celebrations. From our beautiful and refreshing fall sangria to pumpkin spice and everything nice, we have everything your autumn heart desires in these flavorful fall mocktails using DRY Sparkling sodas.

We worked with local mixology expert Jermaine Whitehead to create these sparkling non-alcoholic drinks that will have you craving cozy nights by the fire with your loved ones, a fall afternoon at the pumpkin patch or perhaps give you some ideas for Halloween mocktails to please a crowd. We met Jermaine at the popular Il Nido restaurant off Alki Beach in West Seattle where he works as Bar Lead.

When we first started talking to Jermaine about how to make amazing non-alcoholic cocktails, we were inspired by his enthusiasm to create delicious and flavorful zero-proof drink options.

“Times are changing right now because younger generations aren’t looking to drink alcohol as much,” he said. “This is the most fun in the world because you don’t have to use alcohol as a crutch.”

He recommends using herbs, spices and fresh produce as flavor notes when creating a mocktail. “I want you to be stoked that you’re having this,” he said.

Having worked in Mexican restaurants before, Jermaine is no stranger to making a delicious sangria. Being familiar with the flavor profile, he considered what foods might pair well with it when creating this sangria mocktail using Fuji Apple DRY.

“I like to do the research on the drinks and then look at it like a meal,” he said, showing that you can add depth to a drink with different flavor combinations.

Our next fall mocktail recipe features Blood Orange DRY with additional notes of bright citrus and warm spice.

“Blood orange is a super fun ingredient that everyone loves to use, especially when it comes to Latin flavors,” said Jermaine. “People love Palomas. I wanted to elevate it more with a little bit of cumin.”

Last but certainly not least: the Vanilla DRY Pumpkin Spice Latte Mocktail.

“Everyone’s going crazy for pumpkin,” said Jermaine. He based the flavors off a cream soda and espresso martini, and the result is a festive, smooth and satisfying zero-proof fall cocktail.
