Simple DRY Paloma
Glass: Collins or Highball
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 6 oz DRY Blood Orange Botanical Bubbly
- Kosher Salt
- Lime wheel
In a cocktail shaker, combine lime and grapefruit juice with ice and shake until cold. Rim a Collins or Highball glass with kosher salt and add ice. Strain juice mixture into the glass and top with DRY Blood Orange Botanical Bubbly and garnish with a lime wheel.
Sidebar: Here’s a tip to make all of your paloma making super successful. If you find that lime juice isn’t quite sticky enough to get your salt to stick to the rim. Use honey! Pour a small amount of honey on to a plate and let it spread. Dip the rim of your empty glass into the honey and then into the salt. Ta-da! Perfect salt rim every time. We recommend skipping the straw on this drink. A little bit of salt with each sip only makes it better.
