In a cocktail shaker mix lime juice, sugar cube, and jalapeno. Let the sugar cube dissolve. Add ice and shake until cold. Rim a Collins glass with lime juice then dip into kosher salt. Pour the shaker mixture into a glass filled with watermelon cubes and ice. Top with DRY Watermelon Botanical Bubbly. Garnish with a lime wheel and straw.

 

Sidebar: Choose your level of spice by changing out the jalapeno for different kinds of peppers or chilis. If you prefer a more biting spice, use a serrano chili instead. Prefer a smokier spice, use a dried arbol chilis or a chili syrup.
