Shipping policy

Shipping

DRY Soda currently only ships in the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are hoping to expand further soon! If you are interested in shipping outside of the US, please contact us.

​All orders will ship within 2 business days of ordering.

We ship through UPS and offer the following options:

​If you have an absolute emergency, please contact us directly at shop@drysoda.com and we will try to help you in any way we can.

You will be sent an email as soon as your order has shipped and can track your order with your UPS shipping number at UPS.com.

Returns & Exchanges

DRY Soda does not accept any returns. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us here and provide a picture of the product and we will be happy to replace your product or refund you the cost of the product, minus the shipping cost!
